Shiv Ranjan Singh

I Shiv Ranjan Singh belong to District Ballia Utter pradesh. I have been livingh in Delhi for ten years. I am graduate. I passed High School examination in 1983 with 2nd division from U.P Board Allahabad.I passed Intermediate examination in 1986 with 2nd division from U.P Board. I take B.A degree from Kanpur University in 1989 with 2nd division. I unable to speak English because I didnot study in English medium. I study in Hindi medium. But I try again and again how to speak English and for it I study English speaking(Rapid ax) book an hours daily.
