Sadness. Bloggers and fans expressed their grief this weekend at the tragic and sudden news of Amy Winehouse's death from a drug overdose. "When you love someone who suffers from the disease of addiction you await the phone call. There will be a phone call," wrote Russell Brand in a touching goodbye post entitled "For Amy." On Twitter, fans and musicians alike said goodbye - Stereogum collects some of the more poignant (and touching) condolences. Fans left flowers and tributes near the singer's flat in London and musicians around the world were expressing their grief publicly. Others like ET immediately went for a crasser roundup, putting Winehouse in the Forever 27 club alongside Hendrix, Joplin, Jim Morrison and Kurt Cobain.
